Aims & Objectives

1. To provide shelter for Mentally Retarded, Physically Handicapped needy people and to provide Old Age homes for aged people.

2. Alcohol and Drug Rehab Recovery. Drug rehabilitation is the process of medical or psychotherapeutic treatment for dependency on psychoactive substances such as alcohol, prescription drugs, and street drugs.

3. To provide free counseling for children of senior citizens who have dispute in their families and resolve their problems.

4. To establish and run necessary organization such an old age homes for destitute and needy, women welfare homes etc., to ensure social security to the citizens.

5. To organize training programs for Home Care Services and make available such trained personnel for Home Care Services for senior citizens who are need to care in their homes.

6. To organize self-employment training and programme for the needy girl child, young women and women such as computer training skills training etc.

7. Promote Educational in low literacy pockets for the development of women in tribal areas.

8. To promote welfare, growth development of disabled persons (MR, VH, HI, OH etc.,) & underprivileged persons

9. To establish Model School for girls providing education up to 10th Class to the children of the vulnerable, poor and economically backward communities around the area, including training especially in elderly care and support with certification, enabling them to earn their livelihood after they leave the school and prove to be better citizens.

A) To grant scholarships to girl students monthly or yearly who are very poor and deserving in the opinion of the society
board.
B) The society may choose to distribute dresses, books etc, to the deserving girl students or others of the choice of the society.

10. To work for an overall improvement and development SC/ST/OBC through efforts working in the field of Education, Health & Sanitation, Environment, Drinking Water and Legal Services as well as those need of socio-economic upliftment effort.

11. To invest and promote income generation programmes through training, manufacturing and production farming etc.

12. To undertake programmes of rural upliftment and development by bringing in awareness of Education, Health and Nutrition among children and their parents, providing guidance on the effective use of local resources.

13. To establish, maintain and/or grant aid and other financial assistance for the establishment and maintenance of infrastructural facilities to the public like lying of roads, drinking water facilities, electrification, energy etc.

14. To provide legal assistance to the poor and needy free of cost for protecting the fundamental rights granted to citizens of India under the Constitution or for enforcing their rights in case of any violation and in similar circumstances where the vulnerable sections need legal protection.

15. The funds of the institution would be invested as per section 11(5) of the I.T.
Act 1961.

16. The society is irrevocable.

17. The accounts would be maintained regularly and would be audited by e Chartered Accountant.

18. The funds of the society shall be utilized only towards the objects and no portion of it would be distributed in any manner to the trustees or persons defined in section 13(1) of the IT Act 1961.

19. In the case of winding up/dissolution of society, the net funds/assets would be transferred to a society having similar objects and enjoying exemption u/s. 12 A and approval u/s 80G.

20. The benefit of the objectives of the society would be available to the general public irrespective of caste, creed, Religion of sex.

21. Any amendment to the trust deed/MOA/Bye-laws/Rules & Regulations of the above society would be carried out only with the prior approval of the Commissioner of Income Tax.

22. The Charitable activities should be confined to the territory of India only.
